Sidecar Vending Services LLC is a vending machine services company registered in the state of Georgia, serving North Metro Atlanta. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and our partner relationships, how we use it, and how you can control it.
Information we gather.
When a business requests a free evaluation through this website, we collect basic contact details (name, email, phone number, ZIP code, property type, and optionally a business or property name) through our online form. This information is sent directly to the Sidecar team's email inboxes via Resend, our email delivery provider, so a team member can follow up — it is not stored in a separate marketing or CRM platform.
As part of servicing a location, we may also collect basic employee contact information from partner businesses (such as names and emails of on-site staff or facility contacts) so we can coordinate installation, restocking, and support. This information is kept in our team's internal records, not a third-party CRM.
What it's used for.
We use the information we collect to respond to evaluation requests, schedule and manage installations, provide ongoing service and support, and — unless you opt out — to send occasional marketing communications about Sidecar, such as updates or offers relevant to our vending service. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
Opting out or requesting removal.
If you'd rather not receive marketing communications from us, just let us know and we'll stop — no need to explain why. Any partner, employee, or customer can also request that their information be removed from our system entirely.

Like most business websites, sidecarservices.com uses a small set of standard third-party tools:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Helps us understand general site traffic — which pages get visited and how people find us — so we can make the site more useful. This data is aggregated and isn't used to identify individual visitors personally.
Resend
Delivers the email notification generated when someone submits our Free Evaluation form, as described above. Resend does not retain or use this information beyond delivering that email.
Cloudflare
Provides security and performance infrastructure for the site (protecting against bots and abuse) and does not collect personal information for marketing purposes.
