We come to you — free on-site evaluation

Schedule a free evaluation and a Sidecar representative visits your space in person. We look at foot traffic, available space, and what your team, residents, members, or customers are likely to want, then recommend the right machine size and starting product mix. This visit costs nothing and comes with no obligation to move forward.

We handle setup — installed at no cost to you

Once you're ready, we install the machine at no cost to your business — no capital outlay and no logistics for your team to manage, just a simple service agreement to get started. That agreement is our promise to keep the machine stocked and maintained, and it comes with direct contact information for a dedicated representative you can reach anytime. There's no minimum term — we only ask for 30 days' notice if you ever need the machine relocated, full stop. We handle delivery, placement, and getting the machine online and accepting payments before we leave.

We stay on it — restocking, repairs, and monitoring

Smart inventory monitoring tells us when a machine is running low before it goes empty, so restocking happens on a real schedule instead of a guess. If anything breaks, a local Metro Atlanta technician responds the same day — not a national call center. Restocks, repairs, and upgrades are all included going forward. About 30 days after installation, we also schedule a follow-up consultation with your property manager or site contact to see how the machine's performing and adjust the product mix, placement, or anything else that needs it.

Common Questions

The process, answered.

How long does the whole process take, from first contact to an installed machine?

After you request your free evaluation, a member of the Sidecar team contacts you within 24 hours to schedule the on-site visit. From there, most locations have a machine installed and running within a couple of days to a couple of weeks, depending on machine availability and your space — we'll give you a specific timeline once we've seen it in person.

Do we have to sign anything to get started?

Yes — and it works in your favor. The service agreement is our written promise to keep your machine stocked, maintained, and running, and it comes with direct contact information for a dedicated representative who can help with anything, any time. There's no minimum term — we simply ask for 30 days' notice if you ever need a machine relocated, full stop. There's no capital outlay on your end — the agreement just formalizes our commitment to quality service.

What does "smart inventory monitoring" actually mean?

Our machines track what's selling and what's running low, so restocking visits are based on real usage instead of a fixed schedule — meaning popular items get replenished faster and slower-moving items don't go to waste.

What if we want to change the product mix later?

That's expected and easy — we adjust the mix over time based on what's actually selling and any feedback you pass along.

Do you check in after the machine is installed?

Yes — about 30 days after installation, we schedule a follow-up consultation with your property manager or site contact to walk through how things are going and make any adjustments to the product mix, restocking cadence, or placement. It's built into every install, not something you have to ask for, and we keep checking in as needed after that.
